Merge Spaces is a co-working business for those who need a platform where they can work, bring clients and collaborate. At Merge Spaces, there are many different types of workstations that cater to a multitude of business types and needs. Hot desk stations have large format tables that provide an opportunity to find a spot and work collectively or independently. Within the co-working area are different types of tables and seating depending on the nature of work that is required. There is a tastefully designed communal kitchen and common area that allows for engagement and interaction among tenants and users within the space to create an open and inviting take on the “lunchroom.”
Along with the open concept shared spaces are private workspaces and offices for larger and long-term tenants that can fit anywhere from a single occupancy office to teams as large as sixteen.
This allows for a central location where workers can operate out of, attend meetings, etc. all at a much more affordable price with less long-term commitments than if the tenant were to retain their own private commercial space.
Additional amenities are provided within the workplace that help to activate the body and give the brain a refreshing break. Custom acoustics have been designed to contain conversations within the intimate circle, and aesthetically selected light fixtures to further emphasize the beautiful space that will become Merge Spaces.
